The Employment/Benefits area includes the employment services and the Social Security Outreach services.  Employment specialists assess, guide with job readiness activities and assist to obtain and retain stable employment.   Individuals assessed to have a disability that prevents them from working are assisted with applying for Social Security disability.  Welcome House is a vendor for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation to offer individuals support for employment.   Clients are encouraged to pursue education and job training opportunities to help increase their income.
