Case Management Service Area
Case managers asses the needs of individuals and families to secure sufficient income, establish budgets, help secure affordable childcare, and obtain and maintain permanent housing. In addition, Welcome House provides a Resource Pantry for clients and the community and payee ship for individuals who are disabled.

Housing Service Area
The Housing Service Area encompasses the Emergency Shelter for Women and Children, Gardens Apartments (for families working toward educational or vocational goals), King's Crossing (housing for individuals and families with disabilities) and facilities maintenance.

Employment/Benefits Service Area
Employment Specialists help clients overcome barriers such as low education, lack of transportation, disabilities and inadequate wages to obtain and maintain stable employment. Social Security Outreach staff work with healthcare and legal professionals to establish clients eligibility for Social Security Income.
