Integrates Protective Payee Services and the Homeless Services Project (HSP)
Day2Day offers street level outreach and case management, supportive services, advocacy, peer support and financial management and supportive services to help homeless and at risk individuals obtain housing and live independently within the community.
HSP is a collaboration of five local social services agencies that provide crucial comprehensive services to move people from homelessness to income and housing. Case Management Services assists people with obtaining mental health/substance abuse treatment, permanent housing, employment, peer support and other needed services. Transitional Housing provides a short term supportive living environment for individuals while they obtain employment and the means for self sufficiency. Protective Payee Services assists people with mental and/or physical disabilities by budgeting and direct bill payment of their Social Security disability income. Direct bill payment offers money management services to low income workers with disabilities. Social Security Outreach assists homeless individuals in filing for disability income.
