Welcome House Outreach (W.H.O.) hosted  the 10th Annual W.H.O.'s Coming to Dinner event with Guest speaker Craig Wilson on August 14, 2009. Cocktails and a silent auction opened the evening followed by a gourmet dinner and speaker, Craig Wilson. The emcee for the evening was Local 12 reporter Liz Bonis.

Wilson, a columnist for USA Today, spoke before an audience of approximately 250 people sharing his stories based on  his  childhood memories including his first love; his elementary school teacher. His wit, humor and nostalgic style entertained guests   

The event concluded with a live auction of ticket to the Oprah Winfrey Show.  Proceeds from the event will benefit Welcome House programs.  On behalf of Welcome House staff and the clients we serve, we thank the W.H.O. for their time, energy and commitment to eradicating homelessness.
