Typically, a company will match an employee’s donation dollar for dollar. This means, if you donate $25 to Welcome House through your employer’s matching gift program, after your company matches the gift, Welcome House will receive a total gift of $50!

Locally, many companies and their employees support Welcome House in our mission to eradicate homelessness through participation in their matching gift program. For example,

• JP Morgan Chase matches employee contributions dollar for dollar up to $1000.
  
  
• Walmart contributes to charitable organizations where employees volunteer.
  
  
• Gap, Inc. matches associates’ charitable gifts of $25 or more. Annually, Gap will match up to $1,000 for part time employees; $2,500 for full time employees; $5,000 for Directors to Vice Presidents; $10,000 for Senior Vice Presidents and above.
  
  
• Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. matches employees' charitable gifts of $25 or more, up to $2,500 annually per employee. This program is primarily for employees at the Kentucky Headquarters.
